SHIPPING POLICY

As we want to be as sustainable as possible, most of our products are made to order. Items will be reading for shipping in 1-2 weeks from the time of ordering.
Some items in store may be held as in stock items, resulting in a shorter turnaround time.
If you are ordering during peak times, such as Christmas, please allow an extra 2 weeks for your order to be completed.
If you have an urgent order, please get in touch before placing it to discuss your requirements.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Purchases under $75 and under 500gm will incur shipping charges of $8.95
Purchases over 500gm and up to 3kg will incur charges of $15.00

We only use tracked post via Australia Post.
Local pick up is not currently an option.
Once your order has been shipped, Disobedient Gypsy cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your package.

Please be aware that parcels can take up to 6 business days to arrive - all orders will receive a tracking number.
Please note that any orders returned to us via the postal service, whether due to incorrect information being supplied, or items not being collected in time will incur additional postage charges if it is to be redirected.
